How is the recovery after your gynecomastia surgery?

  1.  You can go home the same day of the surgery
    You may experience mild to moderate pain for which pain killer medication will be prescribed
  2. You need to wear a compression garment under your regular clothes for a period of one month at least
  3.  You may resume daily activities, walking and your desk jobs 2 to 3 days post surgery
  4. Avoid strenuous exercises and gym for 4 weeks after the surgery
  5. It’s important to follow your surgeons post operative instructions for the best results.
